In Alberta, 5 people (so far) have been arrested for starting forest fires. 4 were in a group that wanted to push the climate change agenda. The other was the lady described previously. Undoubtedly, some of the fires are from lightning, some are from recreational users of the forested areas not...
From the pcitures on the linked ad, it looks like the front end is a little low. I wonder if the car has been lowered, or the torsion bars are sagging? If its been lowered, that is probably an easy fix; if the tormsion bars are sagging, they will need replacement.
Your car, you do what you want with it. You did ask for an opinion, so I don't like satin, unless you are going for a rat rod look. If you want it black, do it in gloss. As an alternative, what was the factory colour the car came in? Is it a colour you like?

I love the '78-79 Magnums, especially GTs with either the two tone black & silver or blue & sliver paint schemes. If a '78, with the 400 as well, if they exist (I'm not sure if they did or not) .
Big fan of the '79 300. There's one in this area, but the owner has let it go, and did some dumb...
I am no expert on 1979 300s, so I couldn't tell the difference between an appearance package only, or one that had all of the hi-perf goodies, so couldn't say either way. I can say that the car did have a red leather interior (driver's side seat would best be described as shredded, passenger...
There used to be a white 300 in my neighborhood. It wasn't in great shape; tront bumper was crooked, the owner had put a small hood scoop on, a small variety of rust spots in the usual areas (top of the fender wells, rear corners of the doors). Spoke to him when he saw me driving my 1981 Mirada...
