I am having issues with my valve cover gaskets perishing or burning (cork) due too proximity to the max wedge exhaust manifolds. I run Edelbrock heads and Mopar Performance rocker covers.
I was thinking of Cometic Silicone gaskets. Or a mate has suggested making my own by running a bead...

Just an update, cable arrived and installed successfully. Works great. Had a small hi cup, where the end pull out of the r clip in the transmission. A clever mate managed to re install and adjust with a multi meter to find neutral.

I am in the process of going through a 63 Polara, and found the shifter cable is leaking. I am in Australia and can't seem to find anyone in the US that sells them. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough. Any help in sourcing one would be great. Its for a 727. Thanks Martin.
