    What Will It Run?

The 10.74 you ran was in 500Da versus 2500 for this trip. Thats a few tenths and mph right there. Also, as you already know, its a lot of little things that add up in the end. I would bet with a little jetting, timing, shift point, squirter nozzle you will be much much faster than before...

    70 Hemi Superbird Restoration..................errr.....scratch that........

Thank you very much. We had our fare share of issues. We stood it on the bumper on the first pass. That was because i had no tune, hell it didn’t even run until the day we left California. Turns out the new motor makes a lot more power. Ran out of injector and the converter is too loose. But we...

1969 A-12 Roadrunner. Garage Find Survivor

That guy is a two bit hack. He took information he found on the internet (most of it here) and put it in his book. He doesnt know right from wrong. I heartily denounce his book. He was just in it for a buck.

    My recent Superbird purchase

Funny thing you mention that. I sold my daily driver 68 383 4 speed Roadrunner, an unrestored nice 68 Charger, and the Superbird to come up with a down. Turns out the down payment was way less than we initially thought. Oh well. I might just have to, Nah! Years ago I tracked down my parents 68...
