    I have a Hurst shorty handle, Not sure of exact length, about 10". It comes with an original white hurst T handle that is in very good condition. I used a fine scuff pad to clean the shift handle. It is not very shiny, but the black in the shift pattern is nice. $115 shipped US.

    Have you made a ground wire between the gate and body? Your motor may still be good, but the gate grounds through the hinges, and they get dirty. Give it a try, it just might save you from taking it apart. Rick
