    Fantomworks 6/27/17

You know, old Dan did that 1960 Lincoln. I had one of those in 1972. I loved that thing but it was a nightmare. I also had a 1960 Cadillac Deville and love that car to. I think Dan does his bit more for customer drama so he can help justify his large invoices and massive hours invested. I own a...

Dino, I think Dan did a great job on your build. Stuff of dreams. You had a dream car to start with now you've gone back in time to 1969! I was driving by 1971 and got the chance to drive a lot of muscle cars in the early 70's but I always wanted a Coronet Bee. Thanks for the memory trip!

Sounds like them Duke boys jumped a building or two in it! Only way the axle could be bent that way is if the car was jumped and high centered on an object under the pumpkin during landing! You can check it out yourself with a tape measure just jack it up and measure the tires sidewall top to...

69 Coronet 500 rusty floor board splicing

Yes, It was fun. Just had rust in that area no other so it wasn't necessary to remove the whole enchilada. I still have the center of the trunk to do yet! I'm trying to save as much original metal as I can the car is not that bad rust wise. I started out using a spot weld drill bit and quickly...

69 Coronet 500 rusty floor board splicing

I used a weld etching primer for the bare pan and plan on Por15 for the surface rust in the rear area. I bought the cutting grinder from Eastwood just for doing floorboards and trunk pans. It was great!

69 Coronet 500 rusty floor board splicing

Finally got around to cutting out my floor board (drivers side) and replacing the rust through. I only had to replace the center section. The rest was in good shape. I see what everyones talking about. It takes a lot of time and patience to spot weld all those holes and the flush seams. No over...
