I also have a 1967 coronet and doing the small block to 440. I am going to use these http://www.engine-swaps.com/Pages/ProductsType/EngConvKits.html#head6. They will work with the headers I am using from TTI. These headers will fit with no cutting. Just another option for you.

Thanks!!! I was intending on putting it back in my car and trying to put as much detail in my whole car as well. But decided to go with a 440 now my lost will be someones gain who has an original 273 car that wants another 273.

Great work!!! I just changed the torsion box on my 1967 coronet as well!!!! My frame rails are perfect as well. As for the water pump problem you can just change the radiator to work with that outlet!!! Just a thought.
