When I open the secondaries to 90 degrees, even with changing the jets and Air Door openings numerous times I lost significant observable HP. However, of course I do not expect anyone to believe me.

Mine are always only open 86 to 88 degree as I have found that best for performance. I believe why it might be is air flow over Secondary emulsion tube is disturbed over that amount which hurts power. My .02 = For free! Go ahead everyone feel free call me an idiot again.

Agreed.... The 66/67 are a real pain. I do not know how you got a 10 inch slick on it unless they are short or it is modified. For just driving around = I would run a 70 series if it is not going to be raced on those tires. A quarter inch is not much difference in spacing.

I usually get a year or a bit more out of the newer built Digital Boxes. The old Analogy Boxes......... Forever, given I do not have a electrical wiring issue that destroys them and that is on me.
