'73 Satellite - LCA sway bar tab location?

The good news is that my engine is currently out of the car, as I am rebuilding the entire front suspension. So, easier access to fab and weld...

'73 Satellite - LCA sway bar tab location?

You ain't kidding. I just found out this morning they are practically unusable. I'm gonna have to do some cutting and welding.

'73 Satellite - LCA sway bar tab location?

I get the feeling these sway bar isolator bushings were made for aftermarket strut rods? The stock rods have a lip at the threaded end that the inner diameter of the rubber bushing must somehow get past, in order to slide it down where it belongs. And I assume it's probably not a good idea to...

'73 Satellite - LCA sway bar tab location?

Ahh...they attach there. It seems I may have been sold a pre-73 sway bar. Do you know if there are aftermarket sway bars that actually fit 73 / 74? edit** looks like ADDCO sent me the wrong sway bar after 3 months of backorder waiting.

Mad Max - '73 Plymouth Satellite

This is a strictly low-budget undertaking. This car had been garaged by a woman in Houston since her husband bought it for her new in 1973. She put 90K miles on it. I'm putting all the $$$ into a supercharged 360 and drivetrain...sometime down the road. At that point it was cease being a...

Need help with tire/rim sizes in this picture...

t Yeah, thanks... So say if the rears are 295/50-15 with 10" rim, I'm wondering what the correct backspace would need to be, in order to get the tire right up next to the fender without hitting (like in the picture)?

Need help with tire/rim sizes in this picture...

Re: tires & wheels...this is the exact look I'm trying to achieve on the front and rear of my Satellite...in terms of: tire size, aspect ratio, rim width, rim offset, etc...on both the rear and the front. Can anyone help identify these specifics, (or at least take a good guess) from this...

318 Head Casting Flaw - Need Advice...

Incidentally, I've been reading about using Q-jet carbs on mopars....apparently they actually came with them from the factory for a while when Carter went bankrupt. I bought a used Edelbrock Performer spread bore, dual plane manifold, along with a rebuilt mopar Quadrajet. I like the idea of...

If it starts and runs OK I may look for a torker with a 600cfm holley. As I said, low budget all the way.
