    Sounds like your on the right track. most likely related to heat issue and too rich! 125 is warm, try checking around manifold/carbs etc. All that aluminum soaks up heat & transfers to fuel. Note: mine was so hot the fuel in carbs basically boiled(vapor lock) not good! May look for thicker base...

    Running dual setup on street is tough. Had same problem Yrs ago ran a (b)block w/dual quads,solid lifters etc, had several issues I had to fix! Too hot water temp.( Recore rad),bad vapor lock,(reroute n wrap fuel line)increase fuel psi to approx 6.5. Many adjustments to timing. Leaned carbs down...

    Thanks for the info, I'am going to replace the whole floor so I believe I'll take the time to brace up the body some before I begin. I agree it's best to be safe.

    Thanks 426sfc, After removing dash assembly i found rust damage on lower panel! Any tips you could share when repair is made? Is their a drain area that gets plugged over time and leads to rusting of panels.

    Does anyone have any advice or knowledge of floor pan replacement? Car is leveled on jack stands with suspension hanging just off garage floor. Body is just about a shell, i need to remove a few more items and it`s ready. But before i start cutting is any bracing needed to support body...
