    Got most of the left front stuff laid out. Waiting for LCA stiffening plates, and had to media blast wheel cylinder. Paint stripper worked wonders on the torsion bar and the strut rod.

    Well, actually I drove it probably 10-12 times over the summer, but I had no issues. Thankfully! All the rubber is shot, the rear leaf springs are on order from ESPO Springs and Things and they have been a great help.

    Last year I had to change the starter on the dart, while doing this I noticed the torsion bar adjustment tang was shiny on the end, like it was rubbing the frame. The front end probably needed some attention, and this new discovery made the decision for me. I now have the left side completely...

    62 Only

    The one in my dart was bought in 71, until then they used the push buttons, and the linelock was mounted on the right side of the dash. After staging, they had a thumb on the wheel, and finger on line lock, the left hand was set to shift, not a really safe way to do it.
