    1969 road runner convertible stereo

Driving 60 miles an hour with the top down my original stereo leaves much to be desired. The convertible has no back speakers and only a dash speaker for noise. I change the speaker out for a better one but the sound is still lacking. Any ideas would be helpful. Should I go with kick panel...

    1969 road runner 440

I have to jump battery off to start car. Battery is new and I have tried other batteries. Yesterday I ran the car for about 60 miles on the freeway with no problem. Alternator gauge was pegged. Get back home, cut car off, try to start and no juice in the battery at all. Any ideas?
