Looking for this piece but on the driver side of the car. 1970 Roadruner 2 dr hard top

I need the driver side piece of this trim, pictured is the passenger side and where it goes on the car. 1970 RoadRunner- B Body 2 Dr hardtop of course Anyone have one or know the correct name of this piece? Thanks!

Heads are casting number 3769902, will also be port/polished, hardened valve seats, and 1.81" exhaust valves. So whats a good cam/spring/etc recommendation considering 4 speed manual and needs midrange power for touring style racing?

Very true I wasnt thinking about that. It needs to be a midrange power band for the most part anyway.

Does the key on column create a fitment issue? This car is being redone ground up, custom built dash, efi, completely rewired top to bottom. Not trying to retrofit it into old wiring.
