since installing the Borgeson, what's the longest amount of drive time you've done? Me zipping around town for 20 min blasts didn't do anything to the PS pump with my new Borgeson, but it seems the two runs of 3hr drives in the same day might have.

Thanks, I agree my HP is not high enough to drain the fuel bowls with a single feed, but Edelbrock specifically mentions to limit fuel pressure to 5.5 to 6psi max, which has been confirmed by many other users from what I'm reading on reviews. I might get away with no regulator with the Edelbrock...

while I am benefiting from the spacer being a heat shield, I'm also wanting a performance bump for throttle response, hence the tapered 4 hole and divided spacer inquiry.

that 3 spoke wood one was also an option for 68-69 from what I recall. It's one of my favorite stock wheels. I wish they offered repops in a 15" diameter.

It seems that a 1/4" return should be fine then, which is what I have. If I ever install my regulator again, I'll need to upsize to a 3/8" return.

This is in the Aeromotive 13301 fuel pressure regulator installation instructions. Now, if you're not using a regulator, then I would agree the return line could be smaller, but with the regulator controlling system pressure, it's supposed to be return line is equal to or larger than the supply...
