    The booster may have a problem with the diaphragm or pedal linkage adjustment. They work okay with car off, but with car on, there is vacuum.

    Red glow behind VR

    Found that the resistors on back side of VR were grounding our on a bolt head. Isolated it, and charging stopped. Ran new wires to give casing ground. Ran new FLD wire to alternator. Still no charging. Oh well, it was a trial and error thing. Car is scheduled to get rewired.
