I visited my old car recently and it was great to see my old friend again after so many years (over 38 years). The new owner was great and we spent time just talking about her. He loves 1970 Road Runners and had a couple more wow. Hopefully some day he will sell her if not at least i know she's...
Save and do it right the first time, very expensive. Besides the motor you will need, Headers or stock exhaust manifold, carburetors, K frame or motor mount adapters, Air filter setup. etc.
I would think conservative estimate would be $20,000.00 to $25,000.00. Gulp
And Ray Barton Racing Engine.
Just got real real lucky finding her, and if i can get the chance i will buy her. Out of respect to the owner i will not attached photo, but she has the typical rust stops and remember she was a race car for a long time so use your imagination, but she is still beautiful to me.
I’ll summaries. He is going to keep her (sad face), but if he decides to sell her I get first crack, and I’m ok with that (I have no choice) I’m just really so happy I found her. I have been looking for her for over 35+ years and just gave it a shot on the site. WOW why can’t I be that lucky...
I would like to thank this site for helping me find my 1970 Road Runner. Sometimes you just get lucky and boy this was lucky, and thank you to the current owner for all the inof.
