I have both an Advantage and a Wildfire 4 post lift. Picked both of them up at the nearest freight depot with a U-Haul rental car trailer. I assembled both by myself with the use of my engine hoist, rigging and blocking.
Awhile back, while I was waiting for my wife's Subaru at the local dealer, (she has two, a supercharged 2013 BRZ, and a 2023 WRX) I watched the dealership technicians testing an apparently problematic driver's aid setup by driving the car at about 30 mph toward the cardboard cutout of a car...
I purchased a Vevor unit about 3 years ago. Don't remember the size, but it is large enough to clean carburetors, which is the intended purpose. Quite happy with it. Cleaning solution varies depending on the task. Yes, it is Chinesium, but I have had no issues with it.

I am in S.W. Ontario, so not quite the same heat load as you, but I will see 100 deg.f days in the summer. My shop is 26' x 48' with 10' ceilings, very well insulated. I have a 24000 btu Mitsubishi unit for cooling only. It is more than enough capacity and I only utilize it in the humidity...
I have been using DOT 5 fluid since 1985. Never had an issue. It has been in my Charger R/T since 1985. Now, every vehicle I have used it in started out with completely new components. Also, I have always sourced the fluid from the same supplier, Bill Hirsch Automotive.

Couldn't find an answer to my specific question with a search, so here goes.
Just attempting the install of the group 27 battery cover I bought to make the new battery appear somewhat (somewhat relative term, lol) original. Cover fits on the battery fine and looks better than a new battery...
Wow, this is almost a clone of my very first car, way back when. The only difference, mine was a 4 spd. and had a red interior (buddy seat instead of console). I would be all over this if my shop wasn't currently full.
It would help to have taken some measurements. Inside diameter of the yoke and outside diameter of the fork tube. Wedges in the slot should have worked unless the measurements indicate otherwise.
Circa 1975, bought an Amphicar to use as a "field" car. Wasn't safe to drive through a mud puddle, let alone float. Paid $50 for and got about a year's use out of it. If I had only known how valuable they would become!
