I reached out to Ogden Chrome a few months ago to re-chrome my front bumper...$1400.00 and 6-8 month turn around. They do an awesome job but man they're not cheap
If your going to change it all out, then why not just get the whole package. I got mine from Randy's Ring & Pinion with 3:73 ratio/ 489 (big bearing case).
From the pics it looks like a good fun car, but he wasn't showing any of the problematic areas, so unless you spend some money on a plane ticket and go get eyes and hands on it, it's a crap shoot.
I've always liked the 68 Dart body style, add a 4 speed and a hot little small block.... pretty...
No easy way I'm afraid, elbow grease, beers and some music...friends would be helpful. All the hand tools mentioned above would help get it done. I've known guys to use an air chisel but I wouldn't recommend it.
Regardless of your choice of supplier, replacing 56-year-old harnesses should be at the top of your list.... cheap insurance IMO. I know a guy who cut that corner and paid dearly for that decision.

This is the difference between a spring pin and a roll pin but I guess it depends on which side of the Mississippi your standing on.... sorry I'm a Toolmaker so definitions are absolute in my world.
I got mine from Herbs Parts, (Charger specialties) #CS305. The first set I bought had some issues, sent them back and they just replaced the kit with their new version even though I had bought the kit several years ago. Great people to work with.
