Rear defrost switch for 70 B body....the knob is reversible for power top. However, the switch is different as mentioned already. I am pretty sure this style switch was also used on 69 B bodies (edit: rallye dash only).

Are you sure it is cracked....it may be your heat riser assembly is leaking and needs rebuild. They leak around the butterfly shaft and through the bushing. The 979 manifold is known to crack on the back side. However, the heat riser is rebuildable/repairable.

Pretty sure car #1 stayed at Clairpointe until all 1920 units were completed. Seem to recall it was used as the reference model for the production of the remaining cars.
That looks like the correct 69 GB liner to me. The 70 liner has a removable FB cover. The 69 folds down like that. The fuse box mounts on the black bracket in middle of square opening. It mounts behind the bracket....not in front. The screw goes through bracket and into plastic fuse box.
Wilson Productions was a rebuilder of these at one time. Not sure if they still do it.
