To each, his own, but please consider NOT taking a real SB and turning it into a restomod! As mentioned, that can be accomplished without using one of these rare birds. Additionally, the restomod most likely will cut down your pool of buyers, if you choose to sell it. Just my opinion.
If the '70 Dodge is like a '70 Plymouth B-body, there should be one chrome screw up front, near the visor area. And yes, it just snaps in. Be aware that the clips only go in one direction.
This is the positioning on a '69 Charger.
Run your fingers along the bottom frame (facing front) to see if the original holes are present. Mine were, after a long-ago reupholstering, which covered them.
Unless I missed it, I was unable to find it in there. There's so much info, I could have missed it. Hamtramck Historical and FBBO were the first two places I checked.
One of the first places I checked was this wonderful, informative site. What is listed in the Registry is not what I have. This "Pocket Secretary" is not tailored for a salesman; it's for the consumer. It does not contain lists of standard and optional equipment, pricing, paint codes or zone...

I hate to be "that guy", but regardless of receiving a 1099 or not, any profits received through side hustles are taxable as income, no matter the amount. Getting caught by the IRS is another matter, being under the threshold for issuance of a 1099. Highly unlikely, but always possible...
Definitely try a rear differential additive. I could have saved myself a flatbed towing bill from Ohio, back to Michigan, about a dozen years ago - if I had known about this magical fix. I hope it works for you.
