I Think it is an E55 ??? I am not so great with all those codes. It is a 360, 2 Valve, with a 2 Barrel. Something like 150ish HP if I recall correctly. I would have to go double check all my documentation to be absolutely sure. Or, tear it apart, I guess.

I know at least one that came with a 2bbl and that would be my car. It is a Canadian variant with the 360 CID engine and paint code SR5, Chianti Red. The car is in great shape, only ~3000 kilometers on it. And yes, I have the hub caps, they are in the trunk. Cheers!

Yes, it is a 360 w/ a 2 barrel carburetor. I have a letter from Chrysler in 1980 that confirms the production numbers of the 300, and indicates there were only seven (7) of the red ones produced.
