I have a 440 source 500 ci rotating assembly with dished pistons. Can I run another brand piston on these 440 source rods or do I am I limited to 440 source? Thank you
installed a proportioning cable to accommodate front disc rear drum. Finally got everything buttoned up and during the bleed process I have a leak in the front of the P valve.
Why would it leak in this location?
I posted a couple days ago about fuel leaking down my fender on my 67 B Body.
I had a chance to take it apart and see what’s up. It turns out the gasket behind the fuel door was cracked in several places and it fell apart.
Any idea where I can get one or has anyone fabricated one?

500 low deck stroker from 440 source and I would like some advice on what to run. A balancer or a damper?

I replaced the relay on the firewall and when I hook the battery up the motor cranks.
Putting my stroker back together after a trip to the machine shop. I broke the oil pick up off in the block.
How much clearance do I need between the crankshaft assembly and the oil pickup.? The base of the new oil pickup is thicker than the one I broke, so I’ll need to grind some clearance...
Putting a stroker together and I want to know if anyone out there has had to adjust the bends in the oil pickup to clear the windage tray and make oil pan clearance

I have a 500ci B Block and my oil pick up came loose. The threads on the pipe don’t exactly line up to position it correctly.
Any suggestions on how to get it set in position and keep it in place?

I built a 500 stroker B Block over the summer. I made some mistakes and had to yank the motor out to fix the rear main seal because it leaked.
Found out the #7 rod bearing was toast and my mains were wearing odd. I should have purchased the chamfered bearings. (I received bad advice) ((Lesson...
