When I replaced mine I found that Dorman makes a hose that is very close to the originals that were in my ‘68 Coronet. The Dorman part number is 96003.
In post 107 of the thread linked below I have a couple pictures showing the new hose along with the original.

Here are the pieces that go at the ends of the rail. When I replaced mine I also found out when installing it that these pieces are separate.
