I did speak to Bill senior in person about a month or so ago. I agree he was extremely knowledgable and gave me some great advice. I felt really confident when i left that they were the best choice. At that time he said he was backed up a few weeks and that was perfectly fine since I wasn’t...

Thank you, yes that is what I'm looking for. I've talked to them (Bill) at Auto Service in Old Saybrook a few weeks ago and he is a very knowledgable Mopar guy. I'm not sure what's going on now because my calls go unanswered. Maybe they're too busy, or something else? Too bad because it...
Bought my 340 from Ivan (he had Mopar engines stacked up like cord wood) about 15 years ago and rear 1/2 qtrs for my Charger from auto body over 30 years ago. Sad to see those businesses go away. Good guys to deal with. Now most of the time you can’t even get a call back.
Does it make noise in neutral when revving the engine? If not, it's in the drive train, transmission/ clutch back.
Standard or auto trans? Does it make the noise when you shift into neutral or depress the clutch? If so, it's drive shaft back, wheel bearings or a loose part.
I like them because it is better than sitting at a red light or having people blow the light and cutting you off. They work well except the ones (in Massachusetts) that have 2 lanes, and those get very competitive.
Just wanted to send a big thank you to 65CopCar for helping me with a part that I needed. There are still really good people out there in cyber space, and especially in this community!!
Much appreciated!!

I would not use shark bite fittings that would not be accessible such as inside a wall cavity. They are great for quick repairs but I'm of the opinion that solder is the only sure way to permanently join copper pipes and fittings.
I would like to paint my Steath heads engine color. What products are recommended? I've read to clean then use self- etching primer, followed by engine primer, and then the top coat. Is the self- etching primer heat resistant?
Thank you
LL Flooring has a great selection. I've used their 6mm vinyl plank and it is terrific. Grays are very popular and look great. You can apply for a contractor account and get very good pricing.
