PSA: DO NOT USE WIRE BRISTLE GRILL BRUSHES, EVER!

We had a cookout many years ago and I'll never forget my neighbor's wife holding a short piece of wire in her fingers, which she felt in her mouth as she was eating a burger. I threw that grill brush away and have not used one since. Like others have said, use a wooden scraper or have a piece of...

    Fred is dead!

I had a shorted out amp gage on a '67 Newport that caused the same issue. Apparently power runs through the gage. Jumped it out and bingo!

Any shops in CT to run my new 440 on a stand?

Update. Bill started my engine and broke the cam in. No leaks, no smoke, and no rat a tat tat. One small hiccup with the distributor ring losing a magnet, but all is good. As others have said he knows his stuff and is highly recommended. @HALIFAXHOPS is hooking me up with needed replacement part.

    Electrical troubleshooting VDO gauges

Kind of off topic for Mopar, but I know there's a big knowledge base on this site. My best friend has a boat with VDO oil pressure gauges. Unfortunately, when he pulled the engines he discarded the original sending units and replaced them with new ones that were supposed to be compatible. The...

    Impressive!!!

Not impressive when your range drops by 1/3 when the weather get cold, not impressive is range anxiety or waiting like a dope for hours to charge it up, not impressive is replacing the expensive tires every year or so, and not impressive is replacing the batteries when they wear out.
