Delrin requires a much
tighter tolerance for
alignment than you'll
find on any OEM application.
There's little give in the
material and it's prone to
failure if the tighter
tolerances are ignored.
Plus a harsher ride and
a noticeable increase in
vibration. Great for track
use, terrible for the...

This was just a

"The delrin bushings we're talking about here are part of a precision set sold by Bergman Autocraft. "
Therein lies the purpose of
concern. Precision. Not
many are going to take this
into consideration when
changing from rubber OEM

I doubt your're going to see
this type of alignment in

There are days here where
it will hit the low 70's in

I can surely tell you your
definition of "pancake"
differs greatly than mine,
but I won't delve into the
specifics.....
We call them flapjacks or
hotcakes. Lots of butter
and bonified real maple
syrup. And they gotta be
hot.
"Delrin" ?
Don't think you're gonna like
this. Not much give in hard
nylon type materials.
My 4-link has rubber
bushings instead of heim
joints for shock absorption
properties, as are the
bushings in both my upper
and lower a-arms.
You may find these
bushings are going
to cause some problems...
