    Thanks. I figured the same thing, it will ground itself out on the Metal Dash once you screw the front bezel back on. The Ground tab is pointless.

    Replacing US50 Ignition Switch in 66 Charger. 1st time I have ever replaced it. I noticed there is not a connection for the ground and I am assuming a ground wire fell off and I couldn't find it. Is the ground just left unconnected? Plus I tried to start the car and nothing. Grounded the switch...
