Having a hard time decoding, can anyone help

I have a 2524983 radiator with a 5 blade fan and want to put a shroud on. I don't see any mounting tabs, however there are 2 slots on both sides of the rad. Anyone know if I can put a shroud on and if so do you know the part number and where I can get it ? Thanks
