See you want to use the low profile Mancini air cleaner assy. I'm going to say that you wont be able to use the stock kickdown linkage. It will hit the drop base of that air cleaner. Then I would go with a Bouchillon cable kit. https://www.bouchillonperformance.com/inc/sdetail/589
