    what signals the coil to spark ?? the coil has lots of spark cold almost none hot (does not want to start when hot any more) i even put cold coil when engine was hot still would not start i've been trying all the things suggested!!! when engine is hot something won't let coil spark !!! hhmmmm

    last night every 1000 feet it would cut out then after much crancking start back up did this 7 times before i did 120 miles no issues past years ive checked fuel pump & push rod , gas filter ... it cut out again this morning what does that orange electrical box on the firewall do???

    i got the car running good but timming marks dont work. #1 @ TDC compression stroke and balancer mark is at the top about 4" ATDC so i guess that means rotar is 180 out i guess its tine to do as you suggested and rotate 180*
