    diff gear change

The real question is why would anyone want to drive on the street with a spool? You're gonna tear stuff up. Just buy a good used third member with an open diff or posi. Then if you want to go racing just swap it out. Thats what I'd do.

    diff gear change

Yes, you can, but you will have to replace the pinion and ring gear which means you will have to set up pinion depth and backlash and pre load. Its not super hard but you have to know what you're doing. I would go with tried and true Richmond gears.

The new RVS double pumpers are so nice. I have one and love it. Start right up every time, ran great right out of the box, part throttle around town driving is perfect, no hesitations and the tuning is limitless with this carb. Everyone I have talked to and read that has one has the same experience.

    Carb for a street/strip stroked 440

Its a result of an improperly set up carb- float bowls too high, fuel pressure way to high, jetting way too rich , dirty needle and seat, etc etc.

Ported vacuum advances timing when you hit the accelerator and manifold vacuum does the exact opposite, it will retard the timing when you hit the accelerator. You have to decide which works best for you. I find ported works much better when driving around town for my engine than manifold. With...

Stock Radiator Fan or Electric Radiator Fans

Long story short, if you're not worried about all out horsepower then use the fan clutch and factory style blade. If you want maximum power savings than use brushless fan with variable speed controller. cheers

Stock Radiator Fan or Electric Radiator Fans

They did a fan clutch test in that video and it still lost a good amount of power but it was better than all the other fixed fans. Yes, almost all new fans of today are brushless which draw a lot less amperage and they are controlled so used at different voltage percentages based on temperature...

They also make brushless electric fans that draw a lot less amperage and controllers to set fan speed as desired like new cars do. Client Challenge Client Challenge

Stock Radiator Fan or Electric Radiator Fans

Wrong, the alternator doesnt' draw 30 hp from the engine when the fans are on and also you can set your electric fans to only run at a certain temperature so when your engine is cool they are not on and when your on the hwy or fwy they are not on. With a fixed fan you are robbing horsepower...

I've read through a few posts that cover (Somewhat) what I am trying to figure out. Carb suggestion request

I really like mine, you can't go wrong, I havent heard one bad review on them and there is so much adjustability you can go really crazy with tuning if you want but they run really great straight out of the box.
