My guess with holes showing that the ac hose clamp and the tag shared the same hole. So I’m assuming during a Ac service or Jose replacement the tech never took the two seconds needed to line the clamp and data tag up to screw it back down. Then with just one screw the plate moved around enough...
It doesn’t show very good in the pictures, but there’s zero question that it’s anything but orange. Pulling up the carpet seeing the floorboards etc. it is 100% Omaha orange without a question of a doubt
