Thanks. I am only asking about this as I am trying to learn, and would like to address a fume smell. That vapor canister looks like it has enough volume to do that (condense), but my first question is, would that exit out that 5th unused vent in the vapor canister? and if not, my second question...
I have a 72 charger, and I installed Gen II Stealth Tanks, 340 lph Pump, with a fitch EFI. The supply and return lines running from the pump which is opposite of the 4 vent tubes of the driver side of the tank. Currently I have them capped off and have a vented gas cap. I do not have that vapor...
I upgraded my front and rear sway bars and have the old stock ones for sale. With the brackets. I also have the torsion bars and I have them labeled for each side. I will sell all of it for 175.00. I live in Houston tx and can ship if desired. The car they came off of has 78k miles in the car...
I used one of the balister wires for power during crank and have a painless performance aux fuse box where I get ignition hot power. Also I forgot to mention I up grade the alternator which has a built in voltage regulator
Hi, I have a 69 440 engine with ready to run distributor and a msd blaster coil. I have no power to the coil? Can anyone tell me how to do that? I removed the balister and the regulator because it is no longer needed with the ready to run. I think I need 12 v during key on and crank to the...
It was not having the dimmer turned in the right orientation. They are working. 1972 charger. Thanks all for the quick turn around. I assumed that turning it all the way right would increase the brightness. It was the other way
I have a wire on on the new harness grounded to the metal dash. I tested the ground with a light going from the pod battery term to that ground and it light up.
They look good from the surface. No browning and the elements all look in tact. Should I still replace them? Also I do not see any labels that pertain to the gauge lights. Headlights and running lights work.
Any thoughts on what to do about the lights for the gauges not working? I have the ground from the new dash harness attached to the left side of the dash, and I removed all the paint. I also tested the ground using a light tester from the positive battery terminal to the dash wire grounded to...

the only think left I am wanting to see working before trying to start the car is the dash lights. I have the ground for that. I can see the turn signal light come on when I turn the turn signal to the left or right, but none of the lights that eliminar the gauges are coming on.
I think so I have one ground wire from the forward light harness to the core support. I wire wheeled the are so that it gets a good metal contact. As I mention previously the lights started coming on. I ordered new forward light harness Just to ensure that is good. As for the ground. Is there...
I googled it. Dimmer = high beam.
So I tested the wires as you said and I see power working in correlation to the head light switch. Out of frustration I kept pressing the dimmer button with my foot over and over and then the lights came on as hi beam. Press again they were off. Pressed a few...
