If you've got more pictures or details on this i'd like to see em. Considering doing this on my 69' bee.
Is it just rolling the edge of the fenderwell, or do you have to modify the outer wheelhouse as well to gain the necessary height?
How much clearance do you have to the frame and to the...
Hey,
This is a long shot since this thread is 6ish years old, but i'm looking at doing this upgrade to my 69' Superbee but it seems as though most of the smaller companies doing these have stopped and Hydratech is now the only one in the game. Do you have a write up on what you actually did...
Installing carpet in my 69' Bee and trying to decide how far back to trim it for the door sills/scuff plates (car had no interior when I bought it so have no reference). Does anyone have pictures of how far the carpet wraps up towards the doors and/or under the extensions for the back seats...

After years of searching, I finally found a 69' bee project that i'm gonna rip into. Have been a member of the FEBO for years, look forward to learning more about these old beauties.
Not trying to hijack this but i have a similar issue. 383, roughly 10.5:1, Edelbrock 750 and performer intake, Hughes SMC2942BL cam. I'm also around 5200ft in elevation. Initial timing is set at 22 and idles right around 900rpm, and it seems pretty happy there.
I'm new to the 383 but that...
