Done that some time ago with 2 x snipers on a STR12 manifold on a 416 SB went OK ,a few problems with the Rocker covers. The Sniper has quite a long throttle shaft on the opposite side so i milled the TPS mount back & fitted a shaft with 2 x rod ends to connect them together

I use an intank 340 LPM & a Holley Dual external on my Challenger some of the external can get quite noisy

Try an electric if you have 1 around if it works then at least you can drive it until you decide if you are going to repair the mechanical 1
