what is the dwell? If the dwell is wrong it will sound and run just like in your video? The dwell should be 30-32 at 1500 to 2500 rpm.

I can take a digital picture of it on both sides and post it. From what I can tell it does have the correct interior-engine-trans-vinyl roof -exterior color.I will post pic's of the tag tomorrow. Thanks

I did remove the tag and look at it from the back no help there. I don't have a flat bed scanner. The broadcast sheet is gone as well. Is there any other way to find out what was on the tag? Or how else would I decode what the car is/was? Thanks
