Damper number 2658457 was originally equipped on all 1966 - 1969 383 engines, and 1970 - 1971 383 engines with forged steel crankshafts. It was also used on 1966 361 engines, all 1966 - 1969 440 engines, and 1970 - 1971 440 standard engines.
The original camshaft sprocket lock bolt for the LA small block engines (including 340) is a 7/16"-14 grade five bolt, 1-1/16" long with a 5/8" head. The sprocket fastening includes the cupped washer and fuel pump eccentric.
