It will depend on how hot your cam is. If you have a really hot cam like I did, every time it lopes it shakes the car. I switched to a chain for a torque strap with just a bit of slack in it added to the rubber mounts. That way you have rubber cushioned mounts until you really get on it when...
Just an idea. You could put in a torque strap that is just barely loose. That way the rubber won't stretch enough to break. If you put in solid mounts and drive it on the street it will rattle your teeth
