Just a thought here about the solid aluminum bushings. The K-Frame is steel and the subframe is steel yet the bushings are aluminum...a soft metal sandwiched between two hard metals... logically the aluminum bushings would be crushed over time whereas the poly bushings are stiffer than stock yet...

Just a thought from the FNG but has anyone thought about the old standby " Naval Jelly " which would be inexpensive and follow that with a thorough area cleaning and prime.
