Yea, i have learned that the hardway i think. Which i was tryin to avoid but unfortunately spent the money on a oem refurbished TS switch, hopefully that will fix my issue and will work properly.

Update, going through wiring and bulbs lastnight. I found my TS switch broke where it flips back and forth each blinker. Seen it wasn't having a solid connection for blinkers, I am going back to original switch. Hopefully it turns out better than the aftermarket switch. Will update after replaced!

Possibility, it is new and part of new wiring harness. New switch, wiring for the switch is not matching my diagrams nor original diagram. Maybe I have the mixed up, I will try that and see if i have those wires mixed up.

I have power coming through to the ignition switch, and the seat belts were all removed prior of me having the car. I haven't found anything matching the pics of seat belt interlock in the car.

To clarify on this, I have lights, ect. accessories and I haven't fully taken the steering column apart besides cylinder lock key and ignition switch. Will the spring bar that shifts off the ignition switch cause issues, or if it gets stuck would prevent ignition switch too fully turn?
