I believe it to be a very early factory replacement as the lower pad is blank and the top pad shows F383 HP which would be correct for the car (F=1970 and HP=Super Bee). The car was built in 9/69 so possibly early engine failure and replacement? Transmission vin stamp is matching.

Need the space so reduced to 30K. This car runs and drives perfectly and will not dissapoint!
