started Started the old 440 today and the motor sounds awsome.It's the original factory paint with no rust to speak of.Should one leave it as is?

69 rr this car has not been on the road since 72.it's the original paint and all solid metal.the trannys a 727 but the 383 was swapped for a 440.i was told the motor was rebuild and the heads were hogged to put it at 400+ hp.would this be true?
