    As noted above the Dana 35 is a disappointment waiting to happen. Don’t waste a dime on it. A Dana 44 or a Ford 8.8 swap is a much better choice.

    Check the pickup tube screen for trash and clearance to oil pan. I chased a high cold pressure/low hot pressure issue for quite a while until checking mine.

    Bought a set for my 71 BB. Also had issues with leaking around bolt holes. Took several tries before they sealed. Never happy with fit. Eventually found a used original set, removed dents, added missing wire bundle clips. They work fine no leaks no drama. Cork gaskets. AMD set make great wall...

    That was one great snowstorm looks like you got a bunch. I measured 13” of snow early this morning before the sun was up at our place. Now the roads are dry and the snow has really melted down. Love Springtime in Colorado! We needed the moisture.

    AMD valve covers

    I ran a set on my 71 440. Same experience as mentioned above. Took several tries to get them to seal. And a couple holes were off on each side too. Finally found an original set that once repaired and painted went on the engine.

    Lions, oh my.

    Thanks for sharing. We do have a few mountain lions in our area along with an occasional bear sighting. Coyotes are a constant worry with our little dogs. We always check when letting them out into the fenced backyard.

    Another vote for Mr 6Pack. I purchased a replacement six pack cam and lifter package from him last year. Works great. He’s a great guy to talk to and deal with.
