1969 is the one year only Large Ignition Switch and Tumbler in the Dashboard , indeed….
The Ignition Switch and Tumbler moved into the Steering Column in 1970…..
I am not 100 % sure on that —- perhaps someone else will chime in on that….
I thought that Most ( I don’t want to dare say “ ALL “ !!! ) MOPAR Date Codes were three ( 3 ) digits —-
For example : “ 468 “ would be 46th week of 1968 …..
But that might be on electrical and so forth…..

I can’t see enough of the Master Cylinder , in the pix , to tell you if it is 1967 - 1970 versus 1971 - 1973….

10 “ vs 11 “ ) and Brake Shoe Width ( likely 2 1/2 “ ) are the critical measurements…
A picture of the wheel ( all as is — mounted ) will tell me instantly what you have……
