Best hubcap in my opinion

No- the car came with magnums but I always liked these better.

I had one built but the converter only fits aftermarket flex plates- confusion with the builder. So now I need to order a new one from somewhere

Still waiting to get another converter- before I work on the suspension and install the drivetrain. Next up- install the gas tank, pedals, and brake booster.

Got it home ! First thing was to change the wheels - haha

Off the rotisserie- should be heading to my place in a few days - and then I can take off the trailer wheels and at least put some steelies and redlines on. Ha If I have to look at car for a while in my garage it needs wheels that I can live with

Gravel guard time- tried to replicate the factory spray pattern and areas they quickly taped off

Clear is on

Some paint - waiting for a chance to tack it so we can throw some clear. Bottom of the frame rails get no paint - just like factory

Next was the grey/teal sealer in spots that we saw it when we tore the car down. Like under the headliner , inner fenders, frame rails etc

Then came the dip primer - we colour matched it with a sample from under the trunk floor above the frame rail. Car was original paint so was easy to see the dip lines too. The runs in the seam sealer were to match what was originally there

Paint ! Let’s start with the epoxy primer. The quarters and roof are masked because they are ready for paint

Clearance is good on mine

Got the engine and transmission on a “k frame stand”

Cleaned up the garage- hoping to have the shell back soon and start installing the driveline

These were a bitch to install
