Work in progress can be a slow process. Had this '65 Dodge almost 20 years, building it as my street driver. Has a 440 with a manual shift torqueflite and 4.30 gears. Kinda rough, needs body work and paint. Hopefully, now that I am retired, the pace will pick up a bit.
I bought my GTX in '69, having returned on leave from Nam and it has been my baby since, until I met and married my wife. I am the second owner and I started drag racing it in '72. To date the best is a 10.43 at 126 mph. It 60 foots in the low 1.40's with a best of 1.43. Not too bad for a car...
