I'm not sure what's wrong here? Am I missing something or do I need to do some bending? It looks like it should bolt to the vertical center bracket but it's off by a few inches.
The negative battery cable was bolted to the engine Prior to painting from the factory on hemi engines. I'm not sure about the other mopars with 318, 383 or 440's?
I only have a parts and service manual for 69's. Not sure how much the specs differ between 69 and 70. Plate breaker, governor weight package, spring set ect.
Yes an option. This one is pretty basic. Go fast, straight and not stop. Manual brakes no power, manual steering, three on the tree, no console and bucket seats.
I can't find the chart I was looking at so not positive if the one I have is for a 70 or 71. The numbers are Chrysler 3438251/1BS-4019B 250. On the vacuum advance the number is 3438277. Does the distributer you have have numbers on it?
Thanks ! Yup latest example the clip that holds the throttle cable at the floor. There was one on eBay for $35. I couldn't justify paying that for this. Found one for free. That's a first.

It's very interesting putting this together seeing how they changed it from a Charger to a Charger 500. A lot of research to get where I'm at seeing how I got this 25 or so years ago completely disassembled missing most nuts, bolts and miscellaneous parts. It would of been a heck of a lot easier...
