If the studs were removed when the headers were installed, some of the holes are not blind holes. They go into the water jackets. If it has header bolts they can leak. I'd check there first. Good luck!

You might try McMastercarr.com you'll need the OD, ID and cross section though. I purchase lots of items from them and unless it's a special OEM size they'll likely have it. Good luck!

On my '63' Hardtop, which I'm pretty sure are the same. Mine are secured with Two screws. I had to remove mine because the doors woudn't close properly I'd have to really slam the doors. Let me know how yours work out. good luck!
