Sprayed my cab and hood
after sandblast with PPG
DP50.
Many years of transport
and exposed to humid and
dry environments before a
primer. This stuff has held
up extremely well. No rust,
and no complaints.
I've heard of shorts, long,
long rifle, and magnum
when it comes to the .22
cal. Are shorts what you're
refering to?
Also, the .17 has gained
popularity in match shooting
and has quite a following.
Fast moving, extremely
accurate round. Used here
as a popular ground hog
control measure to test...
I don't think that holds true
before vin numbers went to
a 17 digit standardized vin.
Most vehicles prior to that
had one vin attached to the
body, and one stamped on
frame and/or radiator
support.
New cars have vins stamped
in "secret" locations that are
only known to LEO's.
Had a car stolen in...
An extension on the
explaination....
Salvage yards are supposed
to keep titles for every
vehicle in their yard.
Abandonded vehicles
require State Police vin
inspections before they
can be towed to make sure
they are not stolen.
Yards can sell complete
cars, but are required by
law to record the...
You gotta have proof that
(you) own it before a title
is issued in (your) name.
That is what the bond
insures. If someone steps
forward with actual proof
that they are the rightful
owner, the bond is forfited.
Since, in this case, the OP
is holding a title that is
unsigned by the deceased...
Just went thru this with the
title app for the truck.
However, I live in NM, but I
can't see where there would
be much of a difference.
Have you got a bill of sale
to go with the title you have?
(makes things easier).
Explain your situation at
DMV. They will give you the
forms to fill out to...
I still believe if they sold
the Gladiator as a two door,
6 foot bed, (and upped the
GVW a bit), and a V-8
under the hood, they'd sell
a bunch of them.
Poor sales is a direct
reflection as to what buyers
truely want.
I'm relatively new here and
relish the news of your
return. This is a good site
full of well meaning
individuals.
"I was trying to find an answer to a vehicle problem I am having and could not find a good answer. Soooooo....
Welcome Back!
What's the problem?
I'm not worried at all about
dings and scratches.
It's what is underneath that
took quite some time, effort,
and $$ to build, and there's
still a few minor fixes that
need to be done. Runnig it
in wet weather would create
some problems as there is
no protection from water
in the body. It's...
Damn, I know the
circumstance.
I've had one stolen,
and one attempted
steal. The german
shepard stopped the
second.
Keep ragging the state
police. They make zero
effort in locating stolen
vehicles, and instead,
leave it to your insurance
to settle.
And I'm niaeve to the
laws of Canada.
Bear in...
I understand the
apprehension. It's
difficult wearing
your build out knowing
what it took to get it
there.
Mine never gets driven
in the rain, or on wet roads.
80+ year old sheetmetal
is hard to come by these
days.
Impressed with the charger.
You've done some fine work
there.
Posted a like for the car.
But, I'm not afraid of
claiming my wife of 49
years, as beautiful as any
car that was ever built.
In the dark, it's been time
well spent.
Turn about is fair play. I've
always supported and have
taken an interest in her
hobby as well. She's a potter.
She has a studio, and all the
equipment therein to persue.
