If it "sticks" in the hole I wouldn't worry about it unless there's a "scraping" or "grinding" feel/noise to it....
If the cam lobe is good and the rod isn't badly worn and the pump arm is good, the rod has no choice but to actuate the pump....the rotation of the engine will see to that!
It only...
An allen wrench...
Maybe I assumed too much from other posts that you had removable bleeds. If they don't have a hex top , then they aren't removable and you will have to spray though them. Not a big problem; but the best way then is to spray from the body side (metering blocks removed).
Yes, if you're spraying cleaner through the passages, remove the bleeds. Those you can put a wire through to make sure they're clear.
Wear your eye protection!
To repeat, you do NOT need the return line to be bigger than the supply line with your EFI system. Would it hurt? No...it'd just be a waste of money and time.
Many EFI users even have the return SMALLER than the supply and things work great, though that's not how I do it nor would I recommend it.
Interesting, I know they prefer to position the regulator after the fuel rails on a port-injected system..but I've never done it that way with the TBI kits and things worked fine. The standard Sniper, yeah the return line was plumbed directly out of the throttle body unit but it had the internal...
This is the basic layout, the 2x4 doesn't have the internal regulator like the single unit does so the plumbing is a little different. I would mount the regulator as far to the front/nearest the TBs as possible.
This might have not come out the way I wanted; I interpreted this as watching the gauge and free-revving it in the garage...but if you're testing by driving and putting a real load on the engine, it very well could be in the tune.
I've heard that those 2x4 systems are tough to get dialed..I even...
If the voltage is dropping too much the pump's output will as well.
Even just a few volts at the pump can drop the volume below what the engine needs.
They should have a flow chart for your pump somewhere in their tech documents, that shows the various flow levels at different psi and...
I've seen a few of your threads on the Holley forum and you've had some hard luck getting that thing dialed in. I see you posted over there earlier and said you tested at the TB inlet and saw a gauge fluctuation.
Here you're saying it's happening under acceleration but if you're testing it under...

You'll start a help thread like you would here. Compress your log files into a .zip and you can then attach them to your thread. It...
Welp, not the O2 sensor is it. Not the software version, not the IAC...you could go on forever guessing at things.
I hope I'm not sounding sound like a jerk here-- but you really need to understand that the datalogging feature is your friend. It exists so you don't have to guess and just "try...
How did you determine the O2 sensor was bad?
There's a few things it could be.
My suggestion is to record some datalogs of the problem and post them over at the Holley forum, many of the guys there have the software and can view and help interpret your logs.
Okay, well now I see the cause for confusion is that you don't know what you're talking about.
E85 is (up to) 85% ethanol, not the other way around and yes it will eat certain parts if they aren't suitable not to mention the tuning differences.
We have plenty of ethanol mixed in here in CA and other than the occasional percolation/hard starting issues in summer (which I've taken care of) my beast runs just fine with it. Oh yeah it'd be better without any ethanol, but....it's what we get.
I'm with da' eldubb on this one...look for crap...
