You could be right on the wheel being a 65. But the photo below shows a 65 hubcap.

While we are looking at the gas tank, does anyone know if the rubber ring around the small vent pipe ( see attached picture) can be purchased for replacement? Mine looks worse than this one and and I thought I'd change before I put my tank back in the car.

The first link for the used one does not look to be exactly the same as the new reproduction from Windy City. Unless the part was not lying flat, the left side on the used one looks wider than the photo of the new one. It might be a few more $$$ but you could return if it doesn't fit. Good luck.
