That spray tint is the same stuff I bought from JCWhitney back in the 1980s. You make a trough out of masking tape along the bottom of the window, tape off around the edges of the window, and flood the glass with the spray. It was a mess and took many hours to clean up.

I've called two electricians to estimate install of flush mount LEDs. They've got too much work to handle a small job, so I've called a drywall guy and see if we can tackle it ourselves.
